Heated socks

Heated socks are warm and comfortable socks. This is because the socks are infused with heating elements. The heating elements are located on the front of your foot. The socks heat up to 68 degrees. This heat definitely prevents your feet from getting cold. The socks do not have a special insulating layer. The insulating layer is created when you wear your shoes. Because the shoe sits over the foot (i.e. over the sock), the heat stays in the shoes. This keeps your feet nice and warm, especially in the temperatures to which they can rise. Heated socks are available in low and high versions. For example, you can choose the low sock for hiking boots and the high version for higher shoes such as ski boots.

These socks are powered by batteries. These batteries are available in different strengths, namely 2,600, 3,000 and 3,800. The heated socks can be set to three different heat levels. This means you can decide for yourself which heat level is best for you. Please note that the heat level you want to use the longest also determines the service life of the socks. The warmer, the more power the socks consume. You connect the batteries to the connection cable that makes the socks work. The connection cable is located in a pocket. You can also put the battery in here. This way, the battery does not get in the way and the socks remain comfortable.

As just described, the heated socks have three different heat levels. The socks switch on by clicking on the button. If you keep clicking on the button, the socks change their heat setting. Three stripes mean full heat and the sock is on the warmest setting, two illuminated stripes mean medium heat and one stripe is the lowest (coldest) setting. A remote control is included in the scope of delivery, with which you can remotely control whether the socks are switched on or off and at which level they should be. This means you don’t have to keep clicking everything on the sock.

Use

The heated socks can be used for various activities. In cold workplaces such as: in cold stores, outdoor work (police, gardeners, road workers, construction workers, postmen or in agriculture). In this type of work, you may be exposed to many cold temperatures and want to keep your feet warm. Heated socks are also suitable for other occasions, such as winter sports or walking in a cold neighbourhood.
