The main technology behind HTML5


The main technology behind HTML5 games is a combination of HTML and JavaScript. Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) was part of the early development of the Internet and continues to be used to serve every website even today. JavaScript code was added to second versions of browsers such as Netscape 2.0 in 1995, and over the years it has become more enjoyable to read and write. It was originally called DHTML or Dynamic HTML because it allowed interactive content without refreshing the page. However, it was difficult to learn and use in the early days of the Internet. Over time, Javascript, with the help of Google Chrome developers, has become one of the fastest scripting languages. It also has more modules, libraries and scripts available than any other programming language.

Early DHTML games were very simple. Some examples of such games were Tic-Tac-Toe and Snake. Since games created using this technology use the open standard HTML5, these relatively old games can be played even today in a modern browser. These technologies have come to the fore
